Hello All - except those who already have their national board certification1

Some information came in Friday from Jim Meadows at WEA:

The first round of scholarship applications is currently being accepted by OSPI for those considering National Board Certification in 2009-10.  The scholarship is competitive and pays half of the $2,500 NBPTS fee.  The first round closes on Friday, February 13th at 5pm.  After this point, applications will not be accepted until the second round opens on March 27, 2009.
